The Results

The Straight Talk from Exceptional Performers questionnaires were conducted in August-September 2006.

Eighty-six Exceptional Performance Individuals (EPIs) responded to the individual questionnaire, and fifty Exceptional Performance Managers (EPMs) responded to the manager questionnaire.

A more detailed report will follow this preliminary report in a few weeks. That report will discuss all of the issues raised in the survey, will provide statistical information, and will make specific recommendations.
