  12. Immediately implement changes and trigger all HR initiatives.
  13. Immediately capture and correct rumors.
  14. Prepare all leaders to lead in ways that align with the culture of the new organization.
  15. Prepare all individual contributors to align with the new culture.
  16. Show success of new organization on a daily basis.
