- Each participant takes the initiative to acquire one or more mentors/coaches. The company does not provide coaches and mentors. (Leadership requires initiative and resourcefulness and the ability to build relationships.)
- Each person completes each phase’s pre-work at an excellent level before being permitted to progress through the process.

- Provision of a personally designed—not designed by the company—career plan.
- Provision of a leadership portfolio containing specific and verified examples of ROI delivered to the company.
- Successful graduates of the process “give back” by recruiting additional high-potential individuals and by serving as alumnus speakers in subsequent “classes.”
